I had the pleasure of capturing Joey and Rachel's gorgeous union at their intimate and Jesus based wedding ceremony. The setting was none other than the rooftop of the iconic Manchester Hotel in Lexington, Kentucky. It was a momentous occasion, as this marked the first-ever wedding at this picturesque location, making it even more special for them. The hotel is known for it’s beautiful details, and gorgeous rooms. We took total advantage of the area too! The portraits speak for themselves!

The ceremony was a blend of grace and devotion, mirroring Joey and Rachel's beautiful connection. They had a ring warming prayer time, scripture reading, and an overall family and friend oriented ceremony.

After the ceremony, a reception was planned at a later date. Joey and Rachel hosted an insane New Year's Eve reception at the elegant Lexington Opera House, where the festivities continued in full swing. Laughter filled the air, the dance floor was packed with joy, and a in person band added an extra layer of fun to the evening as guests celebrated the newlyweds. When the ball dropped, balloons and confetti filled the space and that 12 oclock kiss was perfectly snapped!

The Herrera wedding was a beautiful fusion of faith, love, and celebration. From the serene ceremony at the Manchester to the lively reception at the Opera House, every moment was a testament to the enduring love shared by Joey and Rachel.
